Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with Eco Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms apply to all bookings made:
Through our consultants (in-store, over the phone, or via email)
Online through our website
The person making the booking is deemed to have the authority to act on behalf of all travellers included in the booking and agrees to bind them to these terms and conditions.
All travellers must hold a valid passport for international travel.
Many countries require a minimum of six months’ validity from the date of return, and some require a machine-readable passport.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits meeting the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, or additional costs incurred due to non-compliance will be solely your responsibility.
If you require assistance, our consultants can provide general information or obtain details from an external visa advisory service (additional fees apply). However, Eco Travels does not warrant the accuracy of third-party information and accepts no liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
Travelling to the United States:
Visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ for compulsory pre-registration under the ESTA visa waiver program. New Zealand passport holders must have a valid ESTA or visa prior to travel.
We recommend consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) or visiting www.safetravel.govt.nz for official travel advice, destination safety updates, and registration of your travel plans for emergency contact.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, illness, or loss of belongings.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade also advises all travellers to obtain suitable insurance for international travel.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destinations and for carrying the necessary medical or vaccination documentation required by local authorities.
Eco Travels is not responsible for airline schedule changes.
Refunds or reschedules will follow the airline’s policy, and our service fee of NZD 125 per booking will apply—regardless of any airline waiver.
This includes changes due to border closures, medical waivers, pandemics, or natural disasters.
All prices are subject to availability and can change without notice. Prices are only guaranteed once paid in full.
Changes in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or airfare may affect the final price.
Please contact your consultant for the most current pricing information.
